Slow Flow Yoga

A slow paced class linking movement with breath.  You will establish a grounded feeling from holding poses for several rounds of breath.  Curated to a custom playlist, this class will increase mobility & stability and relax you.  This class is accessible to beginners and newer students.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Open to all abilities, young or old, new to yoga, pregnant or recovering from injury.  This is a safe and relaxing class.  You will move and stretch, addressing injuries, aches and pains, and hormonal imbalance.  You will learn breathing techniques to reduce anxiety and stress in your daily life.  The only requirement is an open mind. 

Power Flow Yoga

This class is a faster paced version of our popular slow flow classes with the intention to make you move and sweat.  Increased core work will help you to feel strong and powerful.  This class ends with a slow wind down that will let you feel recovered and refreshed to tackle your day! 

Men’s Mobility

Calling all men who want to increase mobility and prevent injury but just aren't into yoga.

This class is appropriate for all levels. This class is designed for recreational athletes (i.e.golfers, tennis players, runners) who want to continue to play throughout their lifespan without injury.

This class is taught by a doctor of physical therapy who understands common places of limitation that can be mobilized to increase function and decrease aches and pains
