A 13 minute video doing mobility exercises on all fours and half kneeling position. Challenging stability helps with improving balance.

Part 3

A 13 minute video doing mobility exercises in the standing position. Doing the drills in standing simulates real life activity. Having good mobility in standing helps to enhance performance, decrease injury and minimize "aches and pains".
